POLICIES

Booking Policy

A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to secure your date and time, The deposit is paid by using this website when booking your appointment.

Payment Policy

 All session must be paid in full the day before your appointment. (Cash payment are included) Failure to make this payment will result in a cancelled appointment.

To pay the remaining balance in cash, client must do so 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. (10am - 5pm)

All payment are accepted through the website. Payment are not accepted through cash app; Client can use cash app card on website. 

Late Policy

 If client is more than 20 minutes late, a late fee of $25 will be charged. Paying the late fee does not extend client's session, the session will end as scheduled. Client does have the option to reschedule appointment for another day the Photographer has available. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

Rescheduling Policy

 Client must notify the photographer 12 hours in advance to reschedule. Client's rescheduled date is based on the  photographer availability.

Cancellation Policy

 If the session is cancelled less than 12 hours of the scheduled session, or the client does not show up to the scheduled session, no refund will be given and the session will not be rescheduled. Another deposit is required to schedule a new appointment.

Miscellaneous

Client is required to provide a correct phone number and email address. It is the client's responsibility to contact the photographer if this information changes.


Client will receive a confirmation email immediately after booking. 


It is crucial that everything on this website is read with understanding. Client's failure to read properly does not constitute a refund from the photographer. The photographer is not responsible for information that the client did not read, If there is anything that is not understandable, it is the client's duty to reach out to the photographer.

Turn Around Time

Basic Retouched Images (7-10 Business Days)

High End Retouched Imges (10-15 Business Days)

Premium (15-20 Business Days)
